Today the British Insititute for Learning and Development (The BILD) announces a collaboration with the Associations of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS) This collaborations will allow Members of the AOCS to take membership of the BILD and allowing BILD members to take up membership of the AOCS.

We are surveying the Learning and Development community and would like you to take part in the BILD’s survey. There are just 6 short questions, and it will help us to set our strategy and assist us in representing the L&D industry better. In 2012 we secured a discounted members area for BILD member at the World of Learning Conference. We are looking to build on that success. The survey can be accessed HERE The result will be published on the BILD website in January.

All members have now been sent by email notification of the BILD AGM. Any member who has not recieved this or would like to have a copy posted to them please contact the office 0117 985 6949 The AGM will be held after the BILD CPD event in Cambridge on the 29th November, register for the event HERE. The BILD AGM notification also contains nomination papers to become a board director. Contact the office for more details

59% of Companies are actively using Informal learning In a recent survey of the BILD members it shows that 59% of respondants said that informal learning is being used or actively promoted in their organisations.
